Coconut ladoos using condensed milk



Wishing all my dear readers a very happy and a safe Diwali ... :) 

Yields : 16 ladoos

Ingredients:
1. Dessicated coconut- 2 cups + 1/2 cup
2. Condensed milk/Milkmaid- 400g
3. Milk- 2 tbsp
4. Ghee- for greasing



Method:





1. In a non stick pan add 2 cups of dessicated coconut, condensed milk and 2 tbsp of milk. In medium low flame stir well.


2. Saute until it blends well and leaves from the pan. It takes approximately 5-6 mins to get this consistency. Switch off the flame.


3. When it is warm, grease your hand with ghee and roll the mixture in to a ball. Spread the 1/2 cup of dessicated coconut on a plate and roll the ball until it is coated well. Keep aside.



4. Likewise do for rest of the mixture. Grease your hand each time when you roll into a ball.

*If you are using fresh coconut, saute them in a tsp of ghee until it loses its moisture and then follow  rest of the steps.
