It's summer and on the good side it's the season of mangoes !! We are all will be craving for some chilled drinks. This simple and humble milkshake is a quick easy one that everyone loves and will ask for more.
Yields- 2 servings
Ingredients:
1. Ripe mango- 1 medium
2. Milk- 1/2 cup
3. Vanilla ice cream- 2 scoops
4. Sugar- to taste
Method:
1. In a blender or mixer, add the mango pieces with skin removed and sugar. Blend them well, then add 1/2 cup of milk and blend well.
2. Finally add vanilla ice cream and blend. Serve chilled.
Enjoy the chilled yummy mango milkshake for this summer!!
