Vanilla essence-1/2 tsp
Milk- 1/8 cup (half of 1/4 cup)
Salt- a pinch

1. Beat sugar and butter together until soft and fluffy ( like smooth swirls ) in a bowl.
2. Add one egg, beat it and then add the next one and vanilla essence, beat well
3. Mix all the dry ingredients (flour, baking powder & salt- Don't miss any :D ) in an another bowl.
4. Slowly add the dry ingredients mixture along with milk to the beaten mixture alternatively and combine well (fold it from down to up ) using a spatula.
5. Place the 12 cupcake cases in a muffin tray or on a baking tray.
6. Divide this mixture equally into all cases.
7. Preheat the oven to 180 deg.
8. Place the muffin/baking tray into the oven for 20 mins.
9. Take out and just insert a toothpick in the center and it should come out clean ( If it is, well done!!  it is cooked perfectly hurrayy :D )
10. Let it coooollll for sometime and now we can do the ganache :)

Dark/White chocolate ganache
I made this double the quantity as it tastes yumm !! :)

Ingredients

Dark/White chocolate- 100 gm
Butter- 1 tsp
Fresh cream- 1/3 cup

Method:

1. Break the chocolate bar into pieces in a heat proof bowl/ microwave bowl.
2. Melt the chocolate by placing the bowl on a sauce pan of simmering water and allow the chocolate  to melt by stirring in between. If you are going to microwave, place the bowl in the oven for 20-30 secs in medium/med-high. Take it out, stir and repeat the process until it melts. (If you have excess melted chocolate, you can dip some strawberries and chill it in fridge :) Double dessert yay!! :D )
3. Add fresh cream and butter and stir slowly (note: only in one direction ) until you get a mirror shine glaze in your ganache.
4. Take a piping bag with a nozzle and pop in this ganache into it and do your own art on your cupcakes ;-) It's really a fun job to do :D

And your yoga for cupcakes are done!! Grab a bite and meditate...mmm...yumm.... :) :)
