Egg rice



Yields: 2 servings

Ingredients:
1. Basmati rice cooked- 2 cups
2. Oil- 2 tsp
3. Cinnamon- 1 small piece
4. Cloves- 2
5. Ginger garlic paste- 1/2 tsp
6. Onion- 1/4 cup chopped
7. Eggs- 3 medium
8. Garam masala powder- 1/2 tsp
9. Black pepper powder- 1/2 tsp
10. Salt- as needed

Method:
1. Heat oil in a pan. Add cinnamon and cloves and saute for few seconds.
2. Add chopped onion, saute until it turns nice golden brown colour.
3. Add ginger garlic paste. Saute until raw smell goes.
4. Add garam masala powder. Saute for a min.
5. Add eggs, mix and fry like scrambled eggs.
6. Add cooked rice, salt and mix well.
7. Finally add black pepper powder and mix.

You can also add capsicum or any cooked veggies as well. Serve with any salad or raita. Enjoy..
